The purpose of this session, co-sponsored with SW4EU, W-Smart and the University of Lille is to create a University – Industry collaborative forum for discussing:
- Industry challenges, needs and risks involved in accelerating the deployment SWN for identified applications
- Vision and outcome of FP7 sponsored SW4EU demonstrator project
- Intelligent business cases for promoting stakeholders’ support and public education of the consumer community
- Industry capacity building needs for integrating SWN in current water service practice
- Framing academic educational programs at the MS graduate and professional training levels for meeting the identified capacity building needs
- Identifying R&D needs and review current research initiatives
- Promoting industry-university partnership for innovation, industry driven R&D, professional education and integration of SWN developments in current practice
Sharing your vision and experience in Innovation, R&D and professional education will be a great contribution to this session.
